Matthias Malmedie, a German television presenter and influencer known for his work in the automotive industry, aimed to expand and professionalize his Social Media channels. The primary tasks involved continuously optimizing his YouTube channel. This encompassed the maintenance of metadata, the channel structure, and graphic designs such as thumbnails and banners. Furthermore, it was crucial to improve video quality and establish a regular and efficient production workflow. The goal was to ensure that content was regularly created and uploaded to the channel to foster channel growth and revenue. Additionally, Little Dot Studios set up his Tiktok Account and developed his META channels, making sure that his personal brand is visible on all relevant Social Media platforms.

To successfully meet these multifaceted challenges, we pursued a multi-stage approach. Firstly, we conducted continuous performance checks and A/B tests for graphic works and thumbnail designs. Regular channel overhauls, including metadata, SEO, and keywords, were performed to keep the channel technically clean. A central component of our approach was ensuring regular content production and video editing for Matthias' YouTube Channel. This was complemented by organizing efficient "bulk shootings," which took place once a month over two days and involved four cars each time, to efficiently produce a large volume of high-quality material.
